Assembled in Rome, 17th November 2019, the member trade unions of the Red and Black Coordination – IP (Poland), USI (Italia), SAC (Sweden), ESE (Greece), CNT (France), Solidaridad Obrera and CGT (Spain) – agree to work together to achieve better living conditions for the working people; to this end they shall struggle:
• To fight against precarious work
• To defend wage and social equality between men and women and to put and end to male violence and patriarchy
• To defend acceptable pensions
• To defend equal rights for all people, regardless of their place of birth
• To defend the planet and to prevent consumerism and industry from being above the health of its inhabitants
• To defend social services that enable everyone to meet their basic needs to live a dignified life: education, health care, transportation
...
Ultimately, they agree to join their efforts in order to secure a world without classes, based on the demands of the working class. They will mobilize for this and work towards the organization of a general strike in each country.
This General Strike should be circumscribed in all possible areas, such as production, consumption, care, feminist, student ... and all social actors should be involve.
We also assume the commitment to act together in those productive sectors in which our different unions are present, with the aim of ending exploitation and precarious work, which are the norm in the countries in which they are based.
It is also necessary to work for the application of the European Standards. This Standards protect the health and safety of workers and users in workplaces and of the inhabitants and the environment in the territories where there are polluting and harmful means of production.
In this sense, we must reinvidicate our anarcho-syndicalist and revolutionary perspective. All workers unions, that we participate the Red and Black Coordination, share these characterizes and we consider ourselves anti-capitalist. We think, neocolonialism, imperialism, neoliberalism and hetero-patriarchy is the origin of exploitation of people and the environment and the fascism is the most predatory political arm of capitalism.
To fight against this system, we claim internationalism as a principle. Internationalism goes beyond physical boundaries, putt people first above any discrimination based on gender, sex or race. But we also claim the self-management of the Working Class and self-organization. Self-management and self-organization are the basis of a better world, free from exploitation.
